Lightner Creek Inn has been a premiere Colorado Mountain wedding location for the past 20 years. We are minutes from Historic Downtown Durango but provide an idyllic rural setting for garden weddings with a scenic mountain backdrop.

Our gardens bloom in wonderful colors from June through October. Lightner Creek runs through the property and provides a wonderful outdoor site for pictures, ceremonies and receptions in CO. The Inn and our nine, finely appointed guest accommodations provides a comfortable home base for guests from out of town or family who want to truly enjoy each other’s company. Your guests will be thrilled with the beauty of your special day as well as with the opportunity to enjoy their own mountain holiday.

We can comfortably arrange and host weddings with up to 100 guests. We have been able to provide an atmosphere that has exceeded the expectations of even the most discerning couple. We are NOT high tech, but we ARE personal. We try to make your event exactly what you dreamed of, one that will match your style and personality.

Following an extensive remodel of the entire inn with an emphasis on the kitchen, we now offer catering for all events. Whether it be appetizers, the rehearsal dinner or the reception, our staff will be happy to speak with you regarding your menu needs.
