It is our goal at Lightner Creek Inn for our guests to enjoy their Rocky Mountain, Colorado travel experience as much as possible. Our lodging accommodations offer unmistakable comfort and beautiful views while our breakfasts are delicious and nourishing. To help ensure a wonderful vacation experience for all, we have established some basic policies for our mountain lodge inn in Durango, CO. In order to enhance good guest communication and understanding of our policies, please take a few moments to review our reservation and inn policies.

In consideration of all our guests we ask that you honor our non-smoking policy both in and around the Inn.

All rooms accommodate 2 persons unless otherwise noted or arranged. We are happy to accommodate children in both the Alpine Hideaway and Summer Rose suites. Please note that due to privacy issues certain rooms are better suited to accommodate families than others. Please ask us for suggestions and we will be happy to help you.

Room reservations are held with a prepaid deposit of one night per room reserved or 15% of the entire stay. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

Should you need to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit minus $20 if done at least seven days prior to your scheduled stay. Your entire deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made fewer than seven days prior to your scheduled stay.

Check-in is generally 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please inform us if you need to arrive early or late so we may better prepare for your stay. Either way, we will work with you to make your arrival as hassle-free as possible.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
