Cancellation Policies: Because time and a therapist are reserved especially for your care, we ask that you cancel or re-schedule your appointment with 24 hour notice. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour allowance or no-show a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a "no-show" fee of $30 and it will be added to your next appointment. Maybe you'd like a little extra help with your alignment or to better understand exactly how a yoga pose or meditation should be done. Maybe you are ready to take your practice to the next level and feel you just need a little extra help.

Maybe you'd like to get your spouse or your mom or your best friend started and you know they would feel more comfortable with in a private class the first time out...Or maybe you are recovering from an injury, illness or surgery and would like some private class time to address your situation individually.
Whatever your reason, you can make arrangements for private or semi-private session with Charlotte or another Lightner Creek Inn Yoga or Meditation Instructor. Sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes and range in price from $50.00 to $75.00 depending on the teacher and what you would like to accomplish.

The Lightner Creek Inn, an B&B, is an San Juan Moutain's bed and breakfast offering a more romantic and tranquil getaway than any Colorado's Four Corner Region hotels. Nestled snugly on Lighter Creek Valley, this peaceful and romantic Colorado Bed & Breakfast located minutes away from Durango, Colorado give our guests the change to escape, relax and rejuvenate while still being close to the city. Rates
Rates for our bed and breakfast in Durango CO, vary depending upon room type, time of the season, and special events. Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full three-course breakfast served each morning in the "Breakfast Room". Please email us to receive rate information for the time period you would like to stay with us or check availability and book a room online.
Deposits
We require a one night deposit or 25% if you are planning a special event at our San Juan Mountains Bed and Breakfast. During "Selective Special Events" a non-refundable cleaning deposit may be required (this will be discussed at time of reservation).
Cancellations
Due to the small size of our Rocky Mountain Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation provides us little time to rent the room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Once you have secured your reservation at our B&B, you are fully obligated for the entire stay. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be allowed for any reason. If you cancel your reservation with at least 14-days notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25.00 fee.
Payments
Payment in full is required at check in. Payment may be made by Cash, Visa or MasterCard.
- Pet are allowed. (You must clean after them, a $50.00 deposit with a $25.00 non refundable cleaning charge would be added to your accommodations)
- Children are welcome (adult supervision is required at all times).
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. The Inn will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Requests will be handled on an individual basis and will depend upon the Inn's current availability.We would greatly appreciate a phone call 2 days prior with your estimated time of arrival.
- Check-out time is 11:00 p.m. If you request a late check out an extension charge $10.00 per hour may apply. We would be happy to store your belongings in the valet room if you so require on the day of departure, at no charge.
- A credit card is required to confirm or guarantee reservation. Your credit card will not be charged in advance of stay.
- Smoking is not allowed on porches or patio/dock areas, as required by Colorado State Law. If you choose to smoke in the room your credit card that is on file will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Check with Innkeeper for designated smoking area.
- Guests of the B&B may have guests on the property or in the house.
- We welcome your friends and relatives for meals. We do charge $15.00 for any additional guests for Breakfast and $40.00 for Evening Dining. We would greatly appreciate a phone call 24 hours prior with any request for additional guests' services.
