The new inn owners are Marvin and Patra Shafer from Arlington, Texas. Patra is a retired graphic artist and Marvin just retired after 30 years as an Arlington Texas Firefighter. Durango is a place where all outdoor adventures come together.
We are so glad that The American Cancer Society led us to you. What a perfect retreat from reality. Serene, Beautiful Setting, Peaceful, Home-like Comfort, Great Ambience – We will be back to enjoy your hospitality. Thank you guys, so much.

Your property is a dream and your breakfasts are wonderfuly delectable to say the least! We had such a good time the first time we visited July 2011 that we cant wait to come back this July with both sets of our parents!
